1. General These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website and store located at 5350 W Bell Rd, Suite 101, Glendale, AZ 85308. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

2. Products We make every effort to accurately display our products including descriptions, pricing, and availability. Product images may vary slightly from the actual item. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error occurs.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We accept all major credit cards and Clover Pay. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

5. Shipping We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. All shipments include tracking. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

6. All Sales Are Final All purchases made in store and online are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase. Contact us before buying if you have any questions about an item.

7. Graded Cards Graded cards are sold as-is in the condition of the slab received from the grading company. We are not responsible for grading opinions or market value fluctuations after purchase.

8. Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website including images, text, logos, and design is the property of 3D Sports Cards & Collectibles. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability 3D Sports Cards & Collectibles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased from our store.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
